Keith has 36 years of experience in the New Zealand electricity industry both in the generation, transmission and distribution fields.
Specialties include project, engineering and technical management in project or asset based initiatives with the ability to see the big picture in a practical manner when it comes to driving technical projects/outcomes.
Keith is responsible for NETcon’s Infratec Division including building its electrical engineering capability to meet the demands of the infrastructure and technology sectors. He has also been heavily involved in the electrical design and commissioning of the Bamyan Renewable Energy Project.
Throughout his career prior to Infratec, Keith has had significant experience with practical hands-on commissioning and implementation of a wide range of control, protection and metering systems within the electricity industry. In addition for a large part of his career he has also been responsible for the management of projects associated with a wide range of plant systems for larger generating assets in the southern part of the South island. This has provided him with extensive experience in managing the full project requirements from concept to completion including specification, tendering, design, installation, commissioning and handover on behalf of clients.
