Véro has worked in a range of technical and project management roles in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors for the last 8 years, across France, Cambodia and New Zealand. This includes solar PV design and optimization for commercial buildings in France, setting up a biomass energy lab and managing the construction of one of the first grid-connected solar systems in Cambodia. Prior to joining Infratec, she worked for Manawatu District Council as Project Engineer in the Infrastructure team, in the development of business cases, engineering design for water, wastewater and energy projects, procurement, contract management construction management.
She is passionate about the environment, improving communities’ wellbeing and the way we can develop and shape the future in a sustainable way.
Since joining Infratec, Véro is leading the development of proposals for renewable energy projects in New Zealand and the Pacific.
